This listing is for digital build plans for a 1/6 scale Wood Doll house featured on the Build It Make It YouTube build video: https://youtu.be/ZlSbr2c3m7M. This a fast and fun project that will make a long lasting and durable doll house. I initially designed this doll house for my little girl after multiple doll houses she has had in the past broke (or more accurately were destroyed). You can do tons of customization if you would like or follow the plans exactly. These plans are full color and go into every step and outline multiple modifications you may want to make. I have a list of all materials needed and link where you can pick up most of them in the plans as well. The plans are in imperial and metric measurements as well. The doll house was specifically designed around a sheet of 5' x 5' x 12mm Baltic birch plywood but you can use any 4' by 8' sheet as well and I have cut plans for that. Also you can make this out of solid wood if you would like.
The size of the finished dollhouse is 44"/112cm wide, 40"/102cm tall, and 14"/36cm wide. The approximate cost of this project is 60 dollars but will vary depending on your materials. I built mine using Baltic birch for the case and luan floor underlayment for the back panel. If you use solid hardwood the cost will go up and if you use a lower cost plywood the cost could go down, but I feel Baltic birch plywood a nice compromise between cost and ascetics.
I have also added a STL if you have a 3d printer so you can print the doll house for doll house inception.
