How to Make Easy Interior Storm Windows

With the weather getting cold (also helps for hot weather too) I found my windows are pretty drafty and I wanted to help with that. Here I make some quick and easy interior storm windows that are easy to remove and look great. By using plastic instead of plexiglass, or glass the cost is a lot less, and it is much easier to build in just an afternoon.
